Excellent Service and Convenient Amenities

the staffs were friendly with good service. the front desk provided helpful explanations. the hotel has a convenient free shuttle to the beach and town, a real plus for getting around. breakfast was great with many choices available
the air conditioning in some areas needs improvement it was noticeable on level 5 the first night

staff demonstrated really good helpfulness. they assisted with shuttle bookings to the night market and ensured transportation even when fully booked. dolphin, a bellman, provided luggage care and travel advice. snow was calm and helpful during payment processes.
